The cottage kitchen is well-equipped although reduced to enable easier cleaning in our Covid age. If guests need anything which isn’t provided, please ask. However, this should not deter guests from trying some of the many good eateries in the area. Don’t forget to have “round o’ gras” if your stay coincides with asparagus season from 23rd April until late June.
Broadway has many eateries including Russell’s for fine dining, and the Broadway Hotel and The Swan for varied fare. Other local villages have pubs and restaurants serving excellent food, and don’t miss our local craft beers.
The two pubs in Willersey, The Bell and The New Inn, seconds from the cottage, are both dog-friendly and serve excellent grub. The Fleece in Bretforton about 6 miles away is a National Trust pub with good food, and a range of craft and guest beers. The Wheatsheaf in Badsey about 3.5 miles away is a local secret but the food is excellent. Booking is advisable at all establishments.
There are a good Indian restaurants in Broadway and Honeybourne and a Bangladeshi Restaurant in Moreton-in-Marsh. Evesham has plenty of choice.
